The Motorola Water Management System incorporates a distributed control system of hardware, software, and communication with the capability of each RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) operating in stand alone mode.
The IRRInet system is a dedicated family of hardware and software products specially designed and developed for monitoring and controlling water and irrigation projects.
The use of advanced communication protocols, sophisticated RTU’s (Remote Terminal Units) and contemporary control center software packages, allows the implementation of a monitoring and control system that will dramatically increase the overall performance of the Water and Water Distribution system by providing:
- Enhanced control and monitoring of pump & valve stations (a s well as other stations and output types)
- Information access to managers and operators, wherever they are located (at a station, the control room or any other place) from the control center’s alarms and reports
- Graphical User Interface (GUI), which provides a user-friendly and intuitive interface with the elements in the field
- Full monitoring and control of field elements (valves, pumps and other I/O status/failures etc.)
- Equipment’s operation
- Water supply conditions

- Reports and historical data
- Water supply (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, etc.)
- Water pressure, flow, level, quality etc.
- Water accumulation (daily, monthly, and annually)

The IRRInet System is a new, advanced, open hardware and software package specially developed and adapted for water & irrigation systems, based on Motorola’s vast experience (over more than 30 years) in the field of computerized irrigation and water control systems. Motorola developed the IRRInet system to provide a complete solution.
