SeaCon, International is the exclusive distributor for all Motorola Irrigation Control Products in the United States and Canada. Distribution is through qualified dealers who have been trained on the use and application of this high end radio control solution. We offer marketing, sales and technical support for our dealer network, with product application and technical support of end users. In addition to Motorola’s quality irrigation products, SeaCon has developed several software components to enhance Motorola’s hardware and software including: weather station interface, WEB based ICC, ControlPort – wireless Internet and/or cell phone accessed irrigation controller, pump controls, and cell phone connectivity. SeaCon has a 10,000 square feet UL panel shop capable of providing UL custom control panels for the irrigation industry.
The Motorola Water Management System incorporates a distributed control system of hardware, software, and communication with the capability of each RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) operating in stand alone mode.
The IRRInet-XM Field Unit is provided for sites that require many I/O modules. It is available either in a 6-slot motherboard, NEMA-4 enclosure (5 I/O modules), or in an 8-slot motherboard, 19” rack mounting (supporting 7 to 67 I/O modules).
The IRRInet XL Field Unit is a universal device, providing RTU, communication processor and PLC capabilities, all "under one roof". It is located at the system’s field sites to monitor and control the various field elements, both locally and remotely.
The IRRIcom is a single board construction remote terminal unit that contains all circuitry on-board except the communication device. The unit is available in DC and AC powered models.
The Piccolo XR extends the range of the IRRInet XL where the installation of cables is neither practical nor suitable. The Piccolo XR utilizes a two-way, low power UHF radio to communicate with a Piccolo Interface Unit (PIU).
The Motorola Scorpio is a remote module for IRRInet and IRRinet XL/XM. Using this concept the Scorpio controller extends the range of the IRRInet where the installation of cables is neither practical nor suitable.
SeaCon International has teamed with industry leaders Motorola and Davis Instruments to create WeatherCon, the ultimate EvapoTranspiration-based weather reporting and automatic irrigation adjustment system.
